Tickket is a technology platform providing event ticketing and voting management systems. We act solely as a limited commercial agent for the Organiser for the purpose of collecting payments. We are not an event organiser, promoter, or creator.
Paid voting on Tickket is a mechanism for supporters to contribute financially to a contestant or organiser. It is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance. Voters are not entitled to prizes or financial returns from Tickket.
Tickket is built on trust. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for vote manipulation, botting, or harassment of contestants. Reporting violations is essential for community integrity.
Once funds are settled to your account, you assume full liability for refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or disputes. Tickket reserves the right to pursue debt recovery if forced to refund on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) on ticket revenue. Tickket does not withhold tax unless mandated by law.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Critical issues are prioritized with a 2-hour response target.
We are committed to digital accessibility and striving to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be first attempted through amicable negotiation, then binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
